Our 360 Reviews dive deep into the qualitative and quantitative data of your professional relationships, work performance, and strengths and weaknesses as a leader.

The process:

  1. Initial Consultation and Goal Setting

    • Meet with the leader to understand their goals, concerns, and what they hope to achieve from the review

    • Establish trust and set clear boundaries for the process, ensuring confidentiality and emotional safety

  2. Gather Feedback

    • Conduct one-on-one confidential interviews with selected team members, peers, and superiors. The therapeutic lens allows for a deeper exploration of feelings, perceptions, and unspoken dynamics

    • Distribute anonymous surveys to gather broader quantitative data, ensuring respondents feel safe and honest in their feedback

  3. Data Analysis and Synthesis

    • Collate the data and discern patterns, identifying areas of strength and opportunities for growth

    • Integrate psychological insights, focusing on the leader's impact on team morale, motivation, and overall organizational health

  4. Feedback Session

    • Present findings in a compassionate and constructive manner, offering the leader a safe space to process emotions, reactions, and insights

    • Highlight the interconnectedness of leadership behaviors, emotional dynamics, and organizational outcomes

  5. Action Planning and Support

    • Collaboratively develop a growth roadmap, setting specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals

    • Infuse therapeutic techniques to address any emotional or psychological barriers to growth, such as imposter syndrome, fear of feedback, or challenges with vulnerability

  6. Follow-Up and Accountability

    • Schedule periodic check-ins to gauge the leader's progress, offering therapeutic support as they navigate challenges and celebrate milestones

    • Adjust the action plan as needed, ensuring it remains relevant and effective
