We offer interpersonal coaching for those wanting to grow personally and professionally. Aligning with your goals, we will collaboratively work to identify internal and external patterns of relating to yourself, others, and your role while working towards implementing different strategies for effective results.
Executive Coaching
Executive coaching provides a space for leaders to step back and reflect on their leadership styles and the impact they have on their team members. In addition, executive coaching helps leaders develop a plan for becoming the best leader they can be.

Your coach will gather high-quality feedback from your direct reports, peers, and other appropriate stakeholders in service of compiling a comprehensive analysis of your strengths and areas to improve.

Teams
Team coaching can be done as a group during an offsite or meeting with multiple individuals separately at a cadence that is determined beforehand and appropriate for the needs of the team.

We offer one-on-one coaching for founders and cofounders, either by the same Series coach or by multiple coaches to ensure that each founder has the proper space to process and work on their goals.

We will first meet with each cofounder individually and then as a group 5 times.
Individually and collectively, we will map out the current problems and pain-points. We will gather the data around the felt needs and interpersonal dynamics and engage the group around solutions, build non-violent communication habits, empower individual’s voices, and work towards the established goals set out at the beginning.
